Available as Tube Only, or as Complete Cylinders (with or without in built "Evo" regulator for increased shot count).
Swap the original heavy, steel air cylinder for our lightweight, strong Titanium Air Tube or Complete Cylinder - improving the balance, weight and feel of your gun.
LIGHTWEIGHT & much safer, titanium will last a lot longer than an aluminium replacement cylinder or tube. There is a reason that aluminum cylinders are a LOT cheaper than titanium, they are very different metals - aluminium has a much lower burst pressure than titanium. A titanium tube will outlive you and your gun, the only thing that you will need to change are the seals, not the cylinder or tube!
Safety tested: in-house to 300 bar, hydro-tested to 700 bar and independently tested to 500 bar.
Suitable for sub 12ft lb & FAC.
As recommended by WEIHRAUCH:-
(1) NEVER put oil or grease of any kind on the threads of the Cylinder - only on the oring seals.
(2) Use "Divers air quality only" to fill your air cylinder - this is because it has a VERY small moisture content, you can only get this quality air from a dive bottle. Most pumps can only guarantee to provide air that is 90% moisture free - even with a dry pack filter attached.
This is an Air TUBE/BODY ONLY to fit the Weihrauch HW100 using the end caps from your original Weihrauch Air Cylinder. Each tube comes with replacement end caps seals. Instructions can be found HERE for Cylinder Ends Removal.
COLOUR: Satin black or bare titanium. Unless specified when ordering, your titanium tube will be powder coated satin black. If you prefer to have a bare titanium tube, please let us know. The bare titanium tube can be used as it is (bare) or you can get it powder coated, cerakoted or anodised, whatever colour you prefer.
SIZE: Exactly the same size & dimensions as the original Weihrauch tube, but lighter:
CARBINE TUBE: Length=190mm, Colour=Black, Weight=260g (original steel tube is 458g!)
RIFLE TUBE: Length=290mm, Colour=Black, Weight=382g (original steel tube is 700g!)
Unsure if your HW100 is a carbine or a rifle? Measure the air cylinder on your gun from the end of the block to the end of the air cylinder (where the gauge is) - if it measure 22cm you have a carbine. If it measures 32cm you have a rifle.
Available for Rifle (£135) and Carbine (K/KT) (£120).
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS: Make sure that your original air cylinder is completely empty by using the decanting tool or dry-firing unril completely empty. Remove it from the gun, unscrew the end caps from your original cylinder, replace the large end caps seals with the new ones provided, screw the end caps onto your new titanium tube (they do not need to be overtightened, they just need to be "hand tight"), screw it onto your gun, fill the cylinder to 200bar and you are ready to shoot. It's as easy as that!
FILLING: This depends on what kind of regulator you have in your HW100:-
Original HW100 regulator = 200bar. If you are just swapping the tube over for a better weight/feel to the gun, you can continue to use the gun in exactly the same way as you did before. Nothing has changed other than now your air cylinder is lighter. If you fill the air cylinder over 200bar and you have a standard HW100 regulator in the gun, you will find that the shooting performance becomes erratic - the titanium tube can take 250bar, your original Weihrauch regulator cannot!
Options for increased shot count using the Titanium "Tube Only":
2 Stage Regulator = 250bar. This is the easiest way to increase your shot count. You don't need to touch the regulator or the inside of the block of your HW100. If you fit an "in-tube" regulator (ie. HUMA or Lane Regulators) to the inside of the air cylinder tube, because you now have a secondary regulator, you can fill the air cylinder to 250bar (although most regulators work much more consistently at about 230bar fill) which will give you an increase in shot count. Bear in mind though that the in tube regulator will take up some space inside your air cylinder, this reduces the amount of air capacity available inside the air cylinder for shots, so although you can fill the cylinder up to 250bar, and you will get an increase in shots, it may not be a massive increase (especially on the carbine which is the shortest air cylinder with the least amount of air capacity). You will need to set the in-tube regulator to approx 125bar - please refer to the manufacturers instructions. (We do not fit or service after-market regulators other than our own).
In-Tube Regulator = 250bar. If you are fitting an "in-tube" regulator (ie. HUMA or Lane Regulators) to the inside of the air cylinder & are bye-passing the original HW100 inside the block (removing the ball bearing & spring from the brass valve), you can fill the air cylinder to 250bar which will give you an increase in shot count. Bear in mind though that regulators work better at 230bar and the in tube regulator will take up some space inside your air cylinder, this reduces the amount of air capacity available inside the air cylinder for shots, so although you can fill the cylinder to 250bar, and you will get an increase in shots, it may not be a massive increase (especially on the carbine which is the shortest air cylinder with the least amount of air capacity).
Rather than just bye-pass the regulator in the block, if you *replace the regulator in the block with our "Pre-Chamber Doubler Kit" this WILL increase your shot count further. When using the pre-chamber insert kit, you will need to set the in-tube regulator to approx 80bar - please refer to the manufacturers instructions. (We do not fit or service after-market regulators other than our own).
You CAN fill our ti tubes to 250bar, but most regulators work much more consistently at about 230bar fill. We also recommend that anti tamper is removed from your HW100 so that you can adjust the power output if you need to.
Why can't you just add an in-tube regulator to the inside of your original Weihrauch steel cylinder? Our titanium tubes are safety tested to a working pressure of 250bar. The original Weihrauch cylinder is safety tested to a working pressure of 200bar.
Why can't you just fill your original Weihrauch Cylinder over 200bar? The regulator inside the block of your HW100 will not work properly if you fill the cylinder over 200bar. Your shots will become inconsistent & erratic.
AVAILABILITY: Usually in stock with no waiting time and available to buy from our Online Store. Tubes are bare titanium and powder coated black to order.

This is an Air TUBE/BODY ONLY to fit the Weihrauch HW110 using the end caps from your original Weihrauch Air Cylinder. Each tube comes with replacement end caps seals.
SIZE: As the HW110 has some space between the end of the air cylinder and the start of the moderator (unlike the HW100), this means that you can have either a standard titanium tube (exactly the same size & dimensions as the original Weihrauch tube), OR you can have the extended titanium tube (40mm longer than the standard tube). The extended tube will give you an extra couple of mags worth of shots and it doesn't interfere with the moderator - see picture for example.
Not sure if you have the rifle or the carbine? Measure from the front end of the air cylinder (where the gauge is) to the back end of the cylinder (the bulge in the plastic body of the HW110). If it measures 32.5cm you have a rifle. If it measures 22.5cm you have a carbine.
Standard Rifle (£135), Extended Rifle (£150),
Standard Carbine K/KT (£120), Extended Carbine (£140).
The extended titanium tubes will ALSO fit the HW100 FSB.
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS: Make sure that your original air cylinder is completely empty: cock the gun, engage the safety lever, then on the right hand side where the safety lever WAS there is a small hole – put a 2.5mm allen key down there and screw it clockwise 3 or 4 turns to empty the air. When it is completely empty, then disengage the safety & fire the gun to release the hammer. Removing the air cylinder from the HW110 is more complicated than removing from the HW100! The beginning of this video will help: YOU TUBE Once you have emptied the air & removed the cylinder from the gun, you will need to remove the end caps from the cylinder. The front end of the cylinder (gauge end) is exactly the same as the HW100 and you can follow our guide to assist: Cylinder End Removal.
Replace the large end caps seals with the new ones provided, screw the end caps onto your new titanium tube (they do not need to be overtightened, they just need to be "hand tight"), fit the cylinder back onto the gun, fill to 200bar and you are ready to shoot.
FILLING: 200bar. Do not fill above 200bar. The regulator in the HW110 is part of the end cap of your air cylinder - the titanium tube can take more than 200bar, the HW110 regulator cannot! Because of where the regulator is on the HW110, the regulator cannot be replaced with an in-tube regulator (unlike the HW100). The HW100 & the HW110 are VERY different guns.
AVAILABILITY: Usually in stock with no waiting time and available to buy from our Online Store. Tubes are bare titanium and powder coated black to order.

This is a complete replacement air cylinder - titanium tube body & aluminium end caps with gauge & quickfill port. You can have this cylinder with OR without the cylinder to action valve - without the valve it is lighter, you get a few more extra shots, it's £20 cheaper but you can't take this cylinder off the gun whilst pressurised, it MUST be emptied first. If you opt to have the valve in the cylinder, you can use the cylinder in exactly the same way that you would the original Weihrauch cylinder - you can take it off the gun whilst pressurised. If you never take the cylinder off the gun, we would recommend the valveless titanium cylinder.
Now with the new style front end caps with larger gauge and twist cap to fill (dust plug not required).
COLOUR: Satin black.
SIZE: Rifle (£240 / £250), Carbine K/KT (£230) & XL/FAC £270.
Not sure if your HW100 is a carbine or a rifle? Measure the air cylinder on your gun from the end of the block to the end of the air cylinder (where the gauge is) - if it measure 22cm you have a carbine. If it measures 32cm you have a rifle.
COMPLETE CYLINDER SIZE: (From the block to the front gauge end of the cylinder)
Carbine (231mm), Rifle (331mm), XL/FAC (421mm)
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS: Unscrew your old cylinder from the gun, screw your new cylinder into the gun (do not overtighten, hand tight is sufficient), fill to 200bar, start shooting!
FILLING: Fill to 200bar using a standard HW100 quick fill probe.
AVAILABILITY: The end caps and internal parts are made and tested by us. We are a small company and take pride in producing small batch, quality tested parts. Unfortunately, this does mean that there can be a long waiting list for high demand parts. Your patience is appreciated.
Designed by our own team, HWTuning pioneered the idea of housing a regulator inside the air cylinder end cap to maximise the shot count and improve performance. The regulator sits inside the end cap itself, not in the cylinder body, so every bit of air in the tube is used to increase shot count, it isn't wasted on the regulator taking up space. Other manufacturers have since copied our idea.
Because the regulator is inside the end cap (and not a valve), you CANNOT take this cylinder off your gun whilst it is pressurised, you MUST empty it first.
The Evolution Regulator:
Our "Evo" (Evolution) regulator has been designed, manufactured and rigorously tested by our own team. Precision CNC made, pre-tensioned belleville screw for less deviation from high to low pressure for consistent shots, locking adjuster screw again, for consistent shots, hand finished (honed & polished) sealing surface to reduce creep (a common problem with other after-market regs).
COLOUR: Satin black.
SIZES: (From the block to the front gauge end of the cylinder)
Carbine (231mm), Rifle (331mm), XL/FAC (421mm)
Available for Rifle (£310 / £320), Carbine K/KT (£290 / £300) & XL/FAC £340 .
Not sure if your HW100 is a carbine or a rifle? Measure the air cylinder on your gun from the end of the block to the end of the air cylinder (where the gauge is) - if it measures 22cm you have a carbine. If it measures 32cm you have a rifle.

Unscrew your old cylinder from the gun, screw your new cylinder into the gun (do not overtighten, hand tight is sufficient). Because your gun now has a secondary regulator, you CAN fill the ti tube to 250bar, but most regulators work much more consistently at about 230bar fill. You will see an increase in shots of approx 75%. We recommend that you have the Anti Tamper removed from your gun to allow you to adjust the power output if you need to. This is best suited to sub 12 ft lb guns rather than FAC.
1 Regulator (Inside the Cylinder) - You can bye-pass the original regulator inside the block (by removing the ball bearing & spring from the brass valve) and the "Evo" regulator inside the air cylinder will be the ONLY regulator in the gun. You CAN fill this cylinder to 250bar, but most regulators work much more consistently at about 230bar fill. If you want even MORE shots, you can *replace the original regulator in the block with our "Pre-Chamber Doubler Kit" this WILL increase your shot count even more. When using the pre-chamber insert kit, you will need to set the in-tube regulator to approx 80bar for sub 12 ft lb.
This is suitable for use in sub 12 ft lb and FAC guns. Adjusting the power output is a balance between the regulator pressure and the hammer spring tension. Please do not attempt to carry out work to your HW100 if you don't know what you are doing. Contact us or someone else that is able to fit it for you.
Here are the instructions on how to change the "Evo" regulator pressure if you need to: https://hw100tuning.co.uk/hwt-regulators

*PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PRE-CHAMBER DOUBLER KIT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR USE ON A MK1 HW100 - the internals are slightly different.
