HW100TUNING

HW100 ⒸPRE-CHAMBER INSERT

If you are having problems with the original regulator or you want to increase the fill capacity of your cylinder, you can install a regulator inside the air cylinder and bye-pass the original regulator inside the block by removing the spring & ball bearing from the brass valve.   When you bye-pass the original Weihrauch regulator (inside the block) with a regulator that fits inside your air cylinder, you can remove the original regulator in the block and fit our ⒸPre-Chamber Insert - this will maximise air efficiency considerably and provide extra shots per fill (especially on a .177 carbine - the most air inefficient model).

A standard HW100 has a very small pre-chamber/plenum. The air required to fire each shot is firstly supplied/drawn from the plenum, if there is not enough air to supply the full shot, then the remainder required is drawn from the air cylinder through the regulator. This is extremely inefficient.

Designed by our own Engineers, our kit allows you to double the pre-chamber/plenum and provide a much more efficient, instant supply of air per shot - increasing consistency AND shot count.  All of the air needed for each shot is there, inside the pre-chamber doubler insert, ready to go.

PLUS if you have one of our Titanium Air Tubes, or 250bar Titanium Cylinders you can fill the air cylinder to 250bar which will usually DOUBLE your original 200bar shot count.

Please note: The Pre-Chamber Insert  is not suitable for the old MK1 HW100.

IncreasE Titanium air cylinder fill from 200bar to 250BAR

What you will need:

(1) One of our Titanium Cylinders with In-built "Evo" Reg OR a titanium air tube - our titanium tubes are exactly the same size and shape as the original Weihrauch  Air Cylinder (but 45% lighter), so you can unscrew the end caps from your Weihrauch Air Cylinder and screw them onto the titanium tube. You may need one of our End Cap Removal Tool Kits as the end caps are sometimes hard to unscrew, although they only need to be on "hand tight".  Follow this Guide on how to remove the end caps safely.

(2) A Pre-Chamber Doubler Kit

(3) If you are not using our Titanium Cylinder & In-Built "Evo" Reg and you have purchased just the titanium tube, you will need an after-market regulator to go inside your air tube (ie. HUMA-Air or Lane Regulators make in-tube regulators to fit inside the Weihrauch HW100 sized air cylinder). You will need to follow their instructions for fitting - we do not service or fit these after-market regulators.  Set the regulator to approx 80bar.

If you use one of our Titanium Cylinders with In-Built "Evo" Reg, this will give you a greater shot count than using the "tube only" and a separate after-market regulator option - this is because our regulators are housed INSIDE the end cap of the air cylinder and it doesn't take up any space inside the tube itself like the after-market regulators do.  More space in the tube for air means more shots!

Please note: as with all of our kits, you will need to have an understanding of the internal workings of the HW100.  Our kits are designed for professional use.
