Is your HW100, HW101, HW110 or HW44 too low or too high on power? According to the Law, it is YOUR responsibility to ensure that your air gun is within legal power output limits. All of our services include removing the anti tamper (AT). This allows you to control the power output without having to send your gun to HC every time you have a power fluctuation, just to have them lock the Anti Tamper down again, taking away control of YOUR gun. We are authorised to service sub 12ft lb guns only.

For a full service, we won't need your stock, scope or silencer. (The stock is easily removed by just unscrewing the 2 securing bolts found underneath the stock.) We will also need a tin of your USUAL pellets - please do not send mixed weight pellets! We test & tune the power output using these pellets, we can't get accurate results if you send mixed weight pellets. We return any pellets that are remaning aftre testing. Please bear in mind: If you send heavy pellets and then switch to a lighter pellet (or vice versa) this will likely effect the power output.

It's common for the HW110 to suffer from power loss, one of the causes - the hammer spring & anti tamper. You cannot get access to the hammer spring, it has to be done with specialist tools. We can remove the anti tamper and replace the hammer spring with a pre-tensioned spring. It WILL wear in a bit with use (as all springs do) but not as much as the Weihrauch spring, and because the AT has been removed, you will be able to adjust the power yourself if you ever need to.

If you are confident in your ability to take the gun apart, send us the steel striker/shuttle assembly and we will remove the anti tamper, replace/upgrade the hammer spring and return the unit back to you to fit yourself. Once the AT has been removed, you will be able to change the power yourself at home very easily using our step by step guide. (You will need a Chorno-graph to adjust the power output yourself). One of the problems with the Weihrauch Air Cylinder is that a lot of people dont put lubricant onto the fill probe - this can lead to dry bits of rubber shearing off the fill probe & getting stuck in the fill valve, this can lead to leaking &/or filling problems. It is recommended that you add this option to your HW110 Service - we will clean out the fill valve & re-seal & airtight test it.

Having the cocking lever AND the magazine lever on the same side is a bit of a hand full. Whilst we are carrying out the Full Servic or AT Removal, if you would like us to swap over either the Magazine Lever and/or Cocking Lever from the right to the left hand side, just let us know.

MK1 HW110 has silver Magazine Lever and Safety Lever - whilst we are carrying out a Full Service, if you would like us to swap over the silver parts for black replacements, we can. (We will return the silver parts to you). When replacing these parts, we can also move the Magazine Lever and/or Cocking Lever from the right to the left hand side of your rifle - helpful for left handed shooters, just let us know when you book your rifle in which side you prefer.

Available in gloss or matt lightweight carbon fibre. The back edge of the sleeve is custom shaped to fit around the back of the action (ie. not just a straight cut), to suit the barrel band positioning and the moderator type to allow for a perfect fit so that the carbon fibre sleeve is not slack/moving. Carbine barrel = £60. Rifle barrel = £65.

When sending your HW110 to us, why not have a lightweight, titanium Air Tube at the same time? Our Extended Air Tubes are 40mm longer than the original air tube, but don't interfere with the moderator (includes XL). We will remove the ends from your original cylinder and fit them to one of our ti tubes (we will return your original). Lightweight, more balanced, better looking & more shots!

Posting your Gun
Please always ensure that any air cylinder that you post is completely drained of air, is not loaded and is not cocked! Here is how to release the air from your HW110/HW44:
Cock the gun, engage the safety lever, then on the right hand side where the safety lever WAS there is a small hole – put a 2.5mm allen key down there and turn it clockwise 3 or 4 turns (to empty) and then disengage the safety, fire the gun to release the hammer.
Royal Mail/Post Office will accept parcels with low powered (12ftlb or under) air guns / parts over the counter as long as the parcel is no more than 61cm long (Medium Parcel). You can use whichever service you prefer with as much compensation as you require (special delivery is next day delivery with enhanced compensation - ie. with £1,000 cover & next day delivery costs £16 from 1st April 2022).
If the parcel is longer than 61cm, then it is classed as a “large” parcel and will have to go via *Parcel Force, subject to the following conditions:-
• It has to be sent on 48H, as this is not flown anywhere.
• Compensation only available for delay.
• Compensation will be prohibited for loss or damage
• Customers cannot purchase enhanced compensation
• If PO sends an air weapon on express24, it is not eligible for compensation
Please make sure that you enclose a note in the parcel with your contact details on and add the following:
I CONFIRM THAT THIS IS A LOW POWERED AIR WEAPON AND THE AIR CYLINDER IS COMPLETELY EMPTY.
Please also put your name and return address on the outside of the parcel - this helps us to identify the parcel quickly & let you know that it has arrived.
Parcelforce will not be providing a 15% discount code from April 2022 as they are reducing their prices instead.
Drop off & collection in person is by appointment ONLY. Tuesday to Friday after 10.30am, Saturdays after 11am.
When posting your parts/gun to us, we would recommend that you use plenty of bubblewrap & a sturdy cardboard box. Give the box a shake, if you can hear anything moving about, you need more packing material inside the box to secure it - scrunched up newspaper, towels - we have even received parcels packed with teddybears, jumpers and socks! No, we won't do your laundry if you send it :-) We cannot be held responsible for guns arriving damaged due to poor packaging. When sending pellets, please ensure that the lid is sealed so they do not come loose during transit.

Additional Information
If you need to post your gun, we won't need your scope, stock, magazine or silencer unless your silencer is bonded on or it’s on a custom fit barrel (we have plenty of standard silencers). If you prefer to leave the stock on, that's no problem.
For the HW44 - we will need the entire gun + the moderator.
We will also need a tin of your usual pellets to test and set up the power output with – anything we don’t use we will return. We will need a tin of the pellets that you use REGULARLY - this enables us to fine tune the power output of your HW110/HW44 to ensure that it remains within the UK legal limit. Please bear in mind when providing pellets that the grains (weight) effects the power, eg. if you supply us with 13.43gr pellets, we will set the power output using these pellets. If you then use lighter pellets (eg. 8.44gr) you will experience a reduction in power. If you use heavier pellets, the power will increase. The pellets need to be clean, free from lubricant and it helps if it is a new, unused tin - if you send a tin of mixed weight/make pellets that you scraped out of the drawer, we cannot set the power output properly as different weight pellets will give different results and we will charge you for a new tin of our own.
Once the work is done & it is power tuned and airtight tested - we will send a secure link to an invoice, it can be paid by debit or credit card, paypal or bank transfer, whichever is easier for you.
Make sure you get everything wrapped up well in a sturdy box, bubblewrap or sponge are best for packaging, but we have had parts arrive wrapped in towels, jumpers, even socks! Make sure that the tin of pellets is sealed with tape so that it doesn't come open in transit, also pop a note in the parcel with your contact details on so that we know whose gun it is - please also mention which service(s) you require. Give the box a shake, if you can hear anything moving around, stuff some more packaging in there - even if it's just scrunched up newspaper.
If you (or anyone else) have attempted any work on the gun recently, changed any seals etc.. it's always handy to know. If there are any problems with the gun ie. it's leaking (fast or slow), power has dropped or increased, power goes up and down, please also let us know.
