2021 LOCKDOWN - Our Online Store & Service Workshops are still OPEN as usual
Originally designed by our own team, HWTuning pioneered the idea of housing a regulator inside the air cylinder end cap to increase shot count and improve performance. Our itanium cylinders are a lightweight, strong & safe replacement for your original stainless steel cylinder, providing a much better balance to the handling & overall feel of your gun - and with our 250bar cylinders, you will get a minimum of 75% increase in shot count too. Easy to fit - just screw the cylinder onto your gun & fill to 250bar. It is recommended that the Anti Tamper is removed from your gun so that the power can be adjusted should you need to.
Much safer than aluminium, you can fill our cylinders to 250bar with confidence. Safety tested: in-house to 300bar, hydro-tested to 700bar and independently tested to 500bar.
SIZES: (From the block to the end of the cylinder)
Carbine (231mm), Rifle (331mm), XL/FAC (421mm)
PRICES: Carbine = £290 Rifle = £310 XL/FAC = £340
TYPICAL SHOT COUNT RESULTS (sub 12 ft lb):-
Carbine = £290 Rifle = £310 XL/FAC = £340
As recommended by Weihrauch:-
(1) NEVER put oil or grease of any kind on the threads. (Titanium does not react the same as steel).
(2) Use "Divers air quality only" to fill your air cylinder - this is because it has a VERY small moisture content, you can only get this quality air from a dive bottle. Most pumps can only guarantee to provide air that is 90% moisture free - even with a dry pack filter attached.
NEVER remove the 250bar fill cylinder from your gun whilst pressurised. You must remove ALL of the air first.
We are currently working our way through the waiting list for Titanium Cylinders. If you want to get on the list for the next batch (approx 1 to 2 months) please contact us. We have to work through the lists in date order, so the sooner you are on it, the sooner you can start enjoying more shots!
Here we go again! Our Nottingham Service Workshop, most stock for our Online Store & 1 of our Manufacturing Workshops are carrying on "business as usual" to keep you occupied tuning, repairing and shooting your HW100 & HW110 during another strange year!
